At first I was very apprehensive working with a new contractor. You hear so many horror stories about promises, inflated prices and work that may no be up to a professional standard. I had certain criteria needed for ADA products and Francisco went over and above to figure out how to make it work for my elderly mother. He educated me on aspects of the job I didn't understand with patience, kindness, and professionalism. The detailed painting for my bathroom and all the trim pieces turned out beautiful with his advice on product and color.

I was involved with Francisco during the process of finding the point of the waters entry into two unit, and replacing a section of the buildings vinyl siding and restoring the damaged to the two units sheetrock and flooring. Throughout the course of searching for the entry of the water, Mr. Rizo was highly professional; even in the rainy 20 degree weather. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of the project, and he and his assistant used their time wisely. In addition, he was extremely clean and tidy while working in the homeowners unit. Both homeowners, the association board directors, and I were very pleased with Mr. Rizo.
