I was involved with Francisco during the process of finding the point of the waters entry into two unit, and replacing a section of the buildings vinyl siding and restoring the damaged to the two units sheetrock and flooring. Throughout the course of searching for the entry of the water, Mr. Rizo was highly professional; even in the rainy 20 degree weather. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of the project, and he and his assistant used their time wisely.
